Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Telecom - Other professional with 2-3 years of experience to join our team in Ludhiana. The ideal candidate will possess a BBA/BBM degree and have a foundational understanding of telecommunication systems and their integration within a large industrial environment. This role will involve supporting various telecom-related operations and projects within our petrochemical and plastics division.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning, implementation, and maintenance of telecommunication infrastructure.
Provide support for voice, data, and video communication systems.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for telecom services and equipment.
Maintain accurate records of telecom assets, configurations, and service requests.
Troubleshoot and resolve basic telecommunication issues.
Support the implementation of new telecom solutions and upgrades.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
