Telesales at Adani Power Limited

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Telesales Executive with 3-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team at Adani Power Limited in Kochi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of our power solutions and services through effective telephonic communication. This role requires a strong understanding of sales processes, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to achieving sales targets. A BBA/BBM degree is mandatory for this position.

Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively engage with potential customers via phone to generate leads and identify sales opportunities for Adani Power's products and services.
- Clearly and concisely explain product features, benefits, and pricing to prospective clients.
- Build rapport and trust with customers, addressing their needs and concerns effectively.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Follow up on leads generated through various channels and convert them into sales.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle.
