Role Summary: We are seeking a driven and articulate Telesales Executive with a background in M.Pharma to join our dynamic team in Thane. This role involves engaging with potential clients in the power sector to promote and sell our innovative energy solutions and services. You will leverage your pharmaceutical knowledge to understand client needs and articulate technical benefits effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and engage potential clients within the power industry through outbound calls.
- Clearly articulate the features and benefits of Tata Power's products and services, tailoring the pitch to M.Pharma professionals and related businesses.
- Understand client requirements and provide appropriate solutions, acting as a knowledgeable consultant.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies.
