Telugu Teacher (1-2 Yrs) at Corporate

We are seeking a passionate and creative Telugu Teacher with 1-2 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Jaipur. This role is ideal for individuals with a B.Des background who can leverage their design thinking and communication skills to develop engaging Telugu language and cultural learning programs for our corporate employees within the events and live entertainment sector. You will be instrumental in fostering a deeper understanding and appreciation of the Telugu language and culture.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and deliver engaging Telugu language lessons tailored for adult corporate learners, focusing on conversational fluency and cultural nuances.
- Create innovative teaching materials, presentations, and activities that align with a B.Des background, incorporating visual aids and interactive elements.
- Design and implement curriculum that enhances participants' understanding of Telugu literature, history, and traditions.
- Assess learner progress through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Organize and facilitate cultural immersion activities, workshops, and events related to Telugu culture.
- Collaborate with the HR and Learning & Development teams to identify training needs and tailor programs accordingly.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in language teaching methodologies and incorporate them into the curriculum.
