Telugu Teacher

Role Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Telugu Teacher with a B.Sc degree to join our team in Mangalore. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in teaching Telugu language and culture, preferably within a corporate or educational setting. You will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging Telugu language programs to our employees, fostering a deeper understanding and appreciation of the language and its nuances.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement comprehensive Telugu language curriculum for adult learners, catering to different proficiency levels.
- Conduct interactive and engaging Telugu classes, incorporating various teaching methodologies to ensure effective learning.
- Develop teaching materials, including lesson plans, exercises, and assessments, aligned with B.Sc level of understanding.
- Evaluate student progress through regular assessments and provide constructive feedback.
- Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment, promoting active participation and cultural exchange.
- Organize and facilitate cultural activities and events related to Telugu language and traditions.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in language teaching and incorporate them into the curriculum.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to identify training needs and tailor programs accordingly.
