Tender Executive

Role Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Tender Executive to join our growing team. The Tender Executive will be responsible for managing the entire tender process, from identification and preparation to submission and follow-up, ensuring compliance with all requirements and deadlines. This role is crucial for securing new business opportunities in the competitive real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and track relevant tenders and pre-qualification opportunities from government and private sector clients.
• Analyze tender documents to understand scope, requirements, terms, and conditions.
• Prepare and compile comprehensive tender proposals, including technical, commercial, and financial aspects.
• Coordinate with various internal departments (e.g., sales, legal, finance, technical) to gather necessary information and approvals.
• Ensure all submissions are accurate, complete, and adhere to tender deadlines.
• Manage tender submission logistics, including online portals and physical deliveries.
• Maintain a database of all submitted tenders, tender documents, and related correspondence.
• Follow up on submitted tenders and respond to queries from clients.
• Assist in post-tender negotiations and contract finalization.
