Tender Executive

Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and proactive Tender Executive to join our corporate team. The Tender Executive will be responsible for managing the end-to-end tender process, from identification and qualification of opportunities to bid submission and post-bid analysis. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure to meet strict deadlines. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in securing new business for our organization within the competitive hospitality sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and track relevant tender opportunities from government portals, industry publications, and other sources.
- Analyze tender documents to understand scope, requirements, terms, and conditions.
- Coordinate with various internal departments (e.g., Sales, Operations, Finance, Legal) to gather necessary information and documentation for tender submissions.
- Prepare and compile comprehensive tender proposals, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with all specified requirements.
- Manage the submission of bids within stipulated deadlines, ensuring all documentation is correctly formatted and uploaded.
- Maintain a database of all submitted tenders, including status, outcomes, and feedback.
- Conduct post-bid analysis to understand reasons for success or failure and identify areas for improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and procurement agencies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and changes in tender regulations.
- Ensure all tender-related activities adhere to company policies and ethical standards.
