Tender Manager (1-2 Yrs) | Vijayawada

We are seeking a motivated Tender Manager with 1-2 years of experience and an M.Pharma background to join our team in Vijayawada. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire tender lifecycle, from identification and preparation to submission and post-submission follow-up, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and company standards. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and track relevant tender opportunities within the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors.

Review tender documents, understand requirements, and assess the company's eligibility and capability.

Prepare comprehensive and accurate tender proposals, ensuring all sections are completed meticulously.

Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., legal, finance, technical) to gather necessary information and documentation.

Ensure timely submission of all tender documents within the stipulated deadlines.

Manage post-submission activities, including clarifications, negotiations, and follow-ups.

Maintain a database of submitted tenders and their outcomes.
