Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Tender Manager to join our dynamic team. The Tender Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire tender process, from identification and qualification of opportunities to the submission of winning proposals. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical, negotiation, and project management skills, crucial for securing large-scale projects within the competitive Indian market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate tender opportunities from government and private sector clients.
- Lead the end-to-end tender preparation process, including proposal development, pricing strategies, and risk assessment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, technical, legal, finance) to ensure comprehensive and compliant bids.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure timely submission of all tender documents, adhering to strict deadlines and quality standards.
- Conduct post-bid analysis and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes relevant to tendering.
