Tender Manager

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Tender Manager to join our dynamic team at Syngene International Limited. The Tender Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire tender process, from identification and qualification of opportunities to the submission of winning proposals. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills, with a strong understanding of the biotechnology and pharmaceutical services industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and track relevant tender opportunities from government bodies, research institutions, and private organizations within the biotechnology and pharmaceutical sectors.
- Analyze tender documents to assess feasibility, risks, and alignment with Syngene's capabilities and strategic objectives.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (e.g., R&D, Business Development, Legal, Finance, Operations) to gather necessary information and inputs for proposal development.
- Develop compelling and compliant tender responses, including technical proposals, commercial proposals, and supporting documentation.
- Manage the tender submission process, ensuring all deadlines are met and submissions are accurate and complete.
- Lead negotiation efforts with clients and partners during the tender process.
- Maintain a database of all submitted tenders, outcomes, and lessons learned.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and procurement teams in target organizations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market intelligence, and competitor activities related to tendering.
- Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures throughout the tender lifecycle.
