Tender Manager

Role Summary:
Nykaa is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Tender Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of the tender process. The Tender Manager will be responsible for identifying relevant tender opportunities, preparing compelling bids, and ensuring compliance with all tender requirements to secure new business and partnerships for Nykaa within the beauty and personal care sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and track relevant tender opportunities from government portals, industry publications, and other sources.
- Analyze tender documents to understand scope, requirements, eligibility criteria, and timelines.
- Develop and implement a tender strategy to maximize win rates.
- Prepare high-quality, comprehensive, and compliant tender proposals, including technical, commercial, and financial aspects.
- Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., procurement, legal, finance, sales, product teams) to gather necessary information and inputs for bids.
- Ensure all submitted bids are accurate, complete, and adhere to the specified formats and deadlines.
- Manage the tender submission process, including online portals and physical submissions.
- Respond to queries and clarifications from tender issuing authorities.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients post-bid if required.
- Maintain a database of all submitted tenders, outcomes, and lessons learned.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes relevant to the beauty and personal care industry.
