Tender Manager

Role Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Tender Manager to oversee the entire tender process for our architecture and interior design projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing, submitting, and managing all tender-related documentation, ensuring compliance with client requirements and company standards. This role is crucial for securing new business opportunities and driving project acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

Review tender documents, specifications, and drawings to understand project scope and requirements.

Prepare comprehensive tender proposals, including technical, commercial, and financial aspects.

Coordinate with internal teams (design, technical, legal, finance) to gather necessary information and inputs for tender submissions.

Ensure all submissions are accurate, complete, and adhere to tender deadlines.

Manage pre-qualification processes and maintain a database of potential clients and projects.

Liaise with clients and consultants during the tender process, addressing queries and clarifications.

Track tender status and follow up on submissions.

Maintain tender records and archives.

Analyze tender outcomes and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
