Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Tender Manager with a B.Des degree and 1-3 years of experience to join our team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the tender process, from identification and preparation to submission and follow-up, ensuring compliance with all requirements and maximizing our chances of winning bids within the building materials sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and analyze tender documents, identifying key requirements, scope, and potential risks.
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, technical, design, legal) to gather necessary information and ensure accurate proposal development.
Prepare and compile comprehensive tender submissions, including technical specifications, pricing, and design-related documentation, leveraging B.Des skills for visual representation and product understanding.
Ensure all submissions are accurate, complete, and adhere to the specified format and deadlines.
Maintain a database of all submitted tenders, outcomes, and feedback.
Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders regarding tender status and clarifications.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities within the building materials industry.
