Tender Manager (Full-Time) | Surat

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Tender Manager with 0-1 years of experience to join our growing team in Surat. This role is crucial for identifying, evaluating, and responding to tender opportunities within the furniture and furnishing sector. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills, with a M.Pharma background providing a unique perspective on regulatory and documentation processes that can be leveraged in tender preparation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying relevant government and private tenders and RFPs in the furniture and furnishing domain.
- Review tender documents to understand scope, requirements, and eligibility criteria.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, technical, legal, finance) to gather necessary information and documentation for tender submissions.
- Prepare and compile comprehensive tender proposals, ensuring all requirements are met and deadlines are adhered to.
- Maintain a database of submitted tenders, outcomes, and key learnings.
- Conduct market research to understand competitor bidding strategies and pricing.
- Ensure compliance with all tender-specific guidelines and company policies.
- Support the negotiation process for awarded contracts.
