Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with internal teams (sales, legal, operations) to gather necessary information and inputs for proposals.

Prepare and submit comprehensive, accurate, and compelling tender proposals within deadlines.

Ensure all submitted documents comply with tender specifications and company standards.

Maintain a database of all submitted tenders, proposals, and associated documentation.

Follow up on submitted tenders and manage the negotiation process.
