We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Tender Manager with 2-3 years of experience and an MCA degree to join our dynamic team in Delhi. The Tender Manager will be responsible for managing the entire tender process, from identification and analysis to submission and negotiation, ensuring alignment with company objectives and maximizing opportunities within the retail sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze tender documents, specifications, and requirements to assess feasibility and identify potential risks.
• Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., legal, finance, operations, technical) to gather necessary information and ensure accurate proposal preparation.
• Prepare and compile comprehensive tender submissions, ensuring compliance with all submission guidelines and deadlines.
• Develop pricing strategies and cost estimations in collaboration with the finance team.
• Manage post-submission activities, including clarifications, presentations, and negotiations.
• Maintain a database of all tender-related documents, records, and historical data.
• Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes relevant to the retail industry.
