Role Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Territory Sales Manager (B2B) with 0-2 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Indore. This role is ideal for an M.Pharma graduate looking to build a career in sales within the pharmaceutical analytics and KPO sector. You will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities within your assigned territory, fostering strong client relationships, and contributing to the company's growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect potential B2B clients in the pharmaceutical, biotech, and healthcare industries within the assigned territory.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve territory sales targets and expand market share.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and new business opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, operations) to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Track sales activities, manage sales pipeline, and provide regular reports to management.
- Stay updated on industry developments, product knowledge, and company offerings.
