Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Test Analyst with a Master of Technology (M.Tech) degree to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance within the engineering and construction domain. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing test plans and test cases to ensure the quality and reliability of our complex engineering software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements and technical specifications.
- Perform various types of testing, including functional, regression, integration, system, and performance testing.
- Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking tools.
- Collaborate closely with developers, project managers, and business analysts to understand product requirements and resolve issues.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
- Analyze test results and provide detailed reports on testing progress and outcomes.
- Ensure that all testing activities are aligned with industry best practices and quality standards.
- Validate that software solutions meet the specific needs of the engineering and construction industry.
