We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Test Analyst to join our dynamic team. The Test Analyst will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing test plans and test cases to ensure the quality and reliability of our recruitment and staffing software platforms. This role involves collaborating with development teams, product managers, and business stakeholders to identify, document, and track defects.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Perform various types of testing, including functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking tools.
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to resolve issues.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
