Job Description
We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Test Analyst to join our dynamic team. The Test Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software applications, including our customer-facing app, restaurant partner portal, and internal tools. You will play a crucial role in identifying bugs, verifying fixes, and contributing to the overall improvement of our product.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases based on requirements and design specifications.
- Perform various types of testing, including functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking tools.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and resolve issues.
- Participate in the review of design documents and test strategies.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
- Ensure that all testing activities are performed in accordance with project timelines and quality standards.
