Role Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Test Analyst to join our dynamic quality assurance team at Tata Motors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing test plans and test cases to ensure the quality and reliability of our automotive software and systems. You will play a crucial role in identifying defects, reporting issues, and collaborating with development teams to resolve them, ultimately contributing to the delivery of high-quality automotive products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on software requirements and design specifications.
• Perform various types of testing, including functional, regression, integration, system, and performance testing.
• Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla).
• Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and project managers to understand requirements and resolve issues.
• Participate in test strategy discussions and contribute to the improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
• Create and maintain test data and test environments.
• Prepare and present test reports and defect summaries to stakeholders.
