Role Summary: We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Test Analyst to join our dynamic team. The Test Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of our financial software applications and platforms, which are critical to our investment banking operations. This role requires a strong understanding of testing methodologies, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with development and business teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various financial applications.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Identify, document, and track software defects and issues, working closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.
- Analyze test results and provide clear, concise reports to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with business analysts and product owners to understand requirements and translate them into testable scenarios.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in all testing activities.
