Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Test Architect with a B.Sc degree to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have 5-5 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance, with a proven track record of designing and implementing robust test strategies and frameworks. As a Test Architect, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products, contributing to the overall success of our printing and publishing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies, plans, and architectures for complex software systems.
Design and build scalable and maintainable test automation frameworks.
Define test methodologies, standards, and best practices.
Collaborate with development teams to understand software architecture and design, and to identify potential quality risks.
Lead and mentor junior QA engineers, providing guidance on testing techniques and tools.
Evaluate and recommend testing tools and technologies.
Ensure test coverage meets project requirements and business objectives.
Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with development teams to resolve them.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the QA process.
