Test Architect

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Test Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of comprehensive testing strategies for our real estate technology platforms. The Test Architect will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our software solutions, which support various business operations including project management, sales, marketing, and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop robust, scalable, and efficient test architectures and frameworks for various applications and systems.
- Define and implement comprehensive test strategies, including functional, non-functional, performance, security, and integration testing.
- Select and implement appropriate testing tools and technologies to automate test execution and reporting.
- Collaborate with development teams, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective test plans.
- Lead and mentor junior QA engineers, providing guidance on testing best practices and methodologies.
- Conduct code reviews for test scripts and automation frameworks.
- Analyze test results, identify defects, and work closely with development teams to resolve issues.
- Establish and maintain quality gates and metrics to ensure continuous improvement in software quality.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in software testing and quality assurance.
