Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Test Architect to join our dynamic team at Ather Energy. You will be responsible for defining and implementing the overall test strategy and architecture for our electric vehicles and associated software platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of testing methodologies, automation frameworks, and a passion for ensuring the quality and reliability of cutting-edge automotive technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop comprehensive test strategies and test plans for automotive software and hardware components.
- Define and implement robust test automation frameworks and tools to improve efficiency and coverage.
- Lead the identification and selection of appropriate testing tools and technologies.
- Collaborate with development, engineering, and product teams to understand requirements and ensure testability.
- Oversee the execution of test cases, analyze results, and report defects with clear, concise documentation.
- Mentor and guide junior test engineers, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in automotive testing and quality assurance.
