Role Summary: We are seeking a creative and innovative Textile Designer to join our team. While our core business is banking, we are looking to enhance our brand presence and customer experience through unique and engaging textile-based collateral and merchandise. This role will involve conceptualizing and designing textile products that align with our brand identity and appeal to our diverse customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and design textile products such as uniforms, promotional items, and interior décor elements that reflect the Bank of Baroda's brand.
- Develop design concepts, mood boards, and color palettes.
- Create detailed technical drawings and specifications for manufacturing.
- Select appropriate fabrics, colors, and finishes.
- Collaborate with marketing, procurement, and external vendors to ensure design execution and quality.
- Stay updated with the latest textile trends, technologies, and sustainable practices.
- Manage project timelines and budgets for textile design initiatives.
