Textile Designer

Role Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Textile Designer to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing textile patterns and applications for our packaging solutions, ensuring aesthetic appeal and functional integration. This role requires a blend of artistic talent and an understanding of material properties and printing techniques relevant to the packaging industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and design unique textile-inspired patterns and graphics for flexible packaging materials.
- Collaborate with the R&D and Marketing teams to translate brand requirements and market trends into visually appealing designs.
- Develop and create detailed design specifications, including color palettes, repeat patterns, and material textures.
- Prepare design mock-ups and presentations for internal review and client approvals.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends in textile design, color forecasting, and printing technologies.
- Ensure designs are technically feasible for production and meet quality standards.
- Manage design projects from concept to final execution, ensuring timely delivery.
- Source and evaluate new materials and techniques that can enhance packaging aesthetics and functionality.
