We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Textile Designer with 3-4 years of experience to join our innovative team. While the role is for textile design, we are particularly interested in candidates with a B.Pharma background due to their strong understanding of chemical interactions, material properties, and quality control principles. This unique blend of pharmaceutical knowledge and design acumen will be invaluable in developing advanced textile materials and applications within the specialty chemicals sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Conceptualize and develop innovative textile designs and material applications relevant to specialty chemicals, leveraging an understanding of chemical properties and interactions.
Collaborate with R&D and production teams to translate design concepts into functional textile products.
Conduct research on new materials, dyes, and finishing techniques, with a focus on their chemical compatibility and performance.
Ensure designs meet stringent quality control standards and regulatory requirements, drawing upon pharmaceutical quality principles.
Prepare technical specifications, material data sheets, and design documentation.
Troubleshoot design and material-related issues during the development and production phases.
