Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Third Officer / Mate with 1-3 years of experience and an LLM degree to join our team in Lucknow. This role is crucial for supporting our legal and compliance functions within the investment banking division. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of financial regulations, corporate law, and contract management, coupled with excellent analytical and communication skills. You will assist in ensuring all our operations adhere to legal standards and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and draft legal documents, agreements, and contracts pertinent to investment banking and financial transactions.
Assist in ensuring compliance with all applicable Indian and international financial regulations and securities laws.
Conduct legal research on various financial instruments, market practices, and regulatory changes.
Support the legal team in due diligence processes for potential investments and acquisitions.
Manage and maintain legal records and documentation.
Liaise with internal stakeholders and external legal counsel as required.
Assist in the preparation of board resolutions and other corporate governance documentation.
