Third Officer / Mate

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Third Officer / Mate to join our dynamic team in Coimbatore. This role is crucial for overseeing and managing the operational aspects of our water treatment and waste management facilities, ensuring compliance with all safety and environmental regulations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of water treatment processes and a proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively. This position is suitable for individuals with 4 to 6 years of relevant experience and an M.Tech degree in a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage the daily operations of water treatment and waste management units, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.

Monitor process parameters, conduct regular inspections, and implement corrective actions to maintain water quality and treatment standards.

Ensure strict adherence to all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations and company policies.

Lead and mentor a team of operators and technicians, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Manage inventory of chemicals and consumables, ensuring timely procurement and proper storage.

Prepare operational reports, analyze data, and provide recommendations for process improvements.

Troubleshoot operational issues and implement effective solutions.

Coordinate with other departments, including maintenance and quality control, to ensure seamless operations.
