Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and organized Third Officer / Mate to join our dynamic team at Avendus Capital. This role is crucial for supporting our investment banking operations, ensuring smooth execution of deals, and maintaining meticulous records. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn within a fast-paced financial services environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation of client presentations, pitch books, and financial models.
Support deal execution processes, including due diligence, transaction documentation, and closing.
Conduct market research and industry analysis to identify potential investment opportunities and client needs.
Maintain and organize deal-related documentation and databases.
Coordinate meetings and communications with clients, investors, and other stakeholders.
Provide administrative support to the deal team as required.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
