Ticketing & Reservation Executive | MCA Professionals | Vishakhapatnam

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Ticketing & Reservation Executive with 1-2 years of experience and an MCA degree to join our team in Vishakhapatnam. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of ticketing and reservation systems, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences. This role requires a strong understanding of reservation software, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process all incoming reservations through various channels (phone, email, online booking platforms).
- Accurately enter and maintain guest information and reservation details in the Property Management System (PMS) and other relevant software.
- Handle inquiries regarding room availability, rates, amenities, and policies in a professional and courteous manner.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reservation reports for management review.
- Monitor booking trends and assist in forecasting to optimize occupancy and revenue.
- Coordinate with other hotel departments (Front Desk, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage) to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Resolve guest issues and complaints related to reservations and ticketing promptly and effectively.
- Assist in the implementation and optimization of reservation and ticketing systems.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and technological advancements in reservation management.
