Role Summary:
SRK Industries is seeking a skilled and experienced Tool & Die Maker to join our precision engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for manufacturing, assembling, and repairing complex dies, tools, jigs, and fixtures used in the production of specialized components for the law enforcement and security sectors. This role requires a meticulous approach to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in various machining techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and CAD models to plan and execute the manufacturing of tools and dies.
• Operate and maintain precision machine tools such as lathes, milling machines, grinders, and CNC machines.
• Fabricate, assemble, and test intricate dies, molds, jigs, and fixtures.
• Perform precision grinding, fitting, and finishing operations to achieve tight tolerances.
• Troubleshoot and repair existing tooling to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Conduct quality checks and measurements using precision measuring instruments.
• Collaborate with engineers and production teams to optimize tool design and manufacturing processes.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety regulations.
