Tool & Die Maker

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Tool & Die Maker with a unique background in LLB to join our innovative gaming startup in Hyderabad. This role requires a blend of precision manufacturing expertise and a keen analytical mind. You will be responsible for the design, creation, maintenance, and repair of complex tooling, dies, and fixtures essential for our gaming hardware production. Your legal understanding will be valuable in ensuring compliance with manufacturing standards and intellectual property rights related to tooling designs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, fabricate, and repair precision tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures for gaming hardware components.
- Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD models to create intricate tooling.
- Operate and maintain a variety of machine tools, including CNC machines, lathes, milling machines, and grinders.
- Perform precision grinding, fitting, and assembly of tool and die components.
- Conduct quality checks on manufactured tools and dies to ensure they meet specifications and tolerances.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing tooling to optimize production efficiency.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to develop new tooling solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of tool design, manufacturing processes, and maintenance activities.
- Apply legal principles to ensure tooling designs comply with relevant industry standards, safety regulations, and intellectual property laws.
- Advise on legal aspects related to tooling patents, licensing, and technology transfer.
