Tool & Die Maker - Cosmo Films Limited (Vishakhapatnam)

We are seeking an experienced Tool & Die Maker to join our manufacturing team in Vishakhapatnam. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in precision tool and die making, with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes within the packaging industry. This role does not require a post-graduation degree and is suitable for individuals with a diploma or ITI certification and relevant practical experience. You will be responsible for the fabrication, maintenance, and repair of dies and tools used in the production of packaging films.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fabricate, assemble, and repair precision dies, molds, and tools according to specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and technical specifications.
• Operate various machine tools such as lathes, milling machines, grinders, and CNC machines to produce components.
• Perform precision grinding, fitting, and assembly of die components.
• Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting of dies and tooling to ensure optimal performance.
• Inspect finished tools and dies for accuracy and quality using precision measuring instruments.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify and resolve tooling issues.
• Adhere to safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
