Tool & Die Maker (MCA Required) - Lucknow

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Tool & Die Maker with 0-2 years of experience, specifically requiring an MCA degree, to join our manufacturing team in Lucknow. This role is crucial for the development and maintenance of precision tooling used in our automotive production lines. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work with advanced machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the design, fabrication, and repair of dies, jigs, fixtures, and other tooling components.

Operate precision machine tools such as lathes, milling machines, grinders, and CNC machines to create and modify tooling.

Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to understand tooling requirements.

Perform quality checks on manufactured tools to ensure they meet precise specifications and tolerances.

Collaborate with engineering and production teams to identify and resolve tooling-related issues.

Maintain tooling inventory and perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance.

Utilize software and technology for tool design, simulation, and data analysis, leveraging your MCA background.
