We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Tool Room Engineer with 0-2 years of experience and a BBA/BBM degree to join our team in Delhi. This role is crucial for managing and optimizing our educational resource tools and materials, ensuring smooth operational flow within our corporate setting. The ideal candidate will be adept at organizing, tracking, and maintaining inventory of physical and digital learning assets, supporting various departments in their resource needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the inventory management of all educational tools, equipment, and materials.
Maintain accurate records of tool usage, maintenance schedules, and stock levels.
Coordinate with procurement for timely replenishment of tools and materials.
Support the setup and deployment of learning tools for various educational initiatives.
Conduct basic quality checks on incoming and outgoing tools and materials.
Generate reports on inventory status, usage, and maintenance needs.
Collaborate with different departments to understand their tool and resource requirements.
Ensure proper storage and organization of all tools and equipment in the tool room.
