Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and aspiring Tool Room Engineer with 0-2 years of experience and a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity to kick-start your career in a dynamic IT services environment. You will be involved in supporting and maintaining critical IT infrastructure and tools, contributing to the smooth operation of our development and testing environments. This role is based in our Vijayawada office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of software tools and development environments.
- Provide Level 1 support for issues related to development tools and platforms.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems.
- Document tool usage, procedures, and solutions for knowledge sharing.
- Participate in the evaluation and implementation of new tools and technologies.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Support the setup and management of development and testing environments.
