Tool Room Engineer

Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced and skilled Tool Room Engineer to join our dynamic manufacturing team in Nasik. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, development, maintenance, and repair of precision tools, dies, molds, and fixtures used in our footwear manufacturing processes. This role requires a hands-on approach and a strong understanding of precision engineering principles.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, fabricate, and repair various tooling components such as dies, molds, jigs, and fixtures for footwear production.
- Operate and maintain precision machinery including CNC machines, lathes, milling machines, grinders, and EDM machines.
- Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and CAD models to create and modify tooling.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of tooling to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Collaborate with design and production teams to identify tooling requirements and implement improvements.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety regulations in all tool room operations.
- Manage tool inventory and spare parts, ensuring timely procurement.
- Contribute to process optimization and cost reduction initiatives within the tool room.
