Tool Room Engineer role in Sports / Leisure & Recreation (2-3 Yrs)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Tool Room Engineer with 2-3 years of experience and an LLM degree to join our dynamic team in Gurgaon. In this role, you will be instrumental in the design, development, maintenance, and improvement of tooling used in the manufacturing of sports equipment. Your analytical skills and understanding of complex systems, honed through your LLM education, will be invaluable in optimizing our tool room operations and ensuring the highest quality output.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with design and production teams to understand tooling requirements for new sports products.

Utilize your LLM background to analyze complex tooling designs, identify potential issues, and propose innovative solutions.

Operate and maintain precision machinery (e.g., CNC machines, EDM) for tool fabrication and repair.

Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on existing tooling to ensure optimal performance and longevity.

Troubleshoot tooling-related manufacturing defects and implement corrective actions.

Assist in the development and implementation of new tooling technologies and processes.

Maintain accurate records of tooling inventory, maintenance schedules, and repair history.
