Tool Room Manager (Full-Time) | Nasik

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Tool Room Manager with 2-3 years of experience to join our team in Nasik. The ideal candidate will possess a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree and have a foundational understanding of tool room operations, quality control, and team coordination. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient and effective management of our tool room, supporting our manufacturing processes in the architecture and interior design sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the tool room, ensuring timely maintenance and repair of dies, molds, and other tooling.
- Maintain inventory of spare parts and consumables, and manage procurement as needed.
- Implement and adhere to quality control procedures to ensure tooling meets specifications.
- Coordinate with production and engineering teams to address tooling issues and support new product development.
- Train and mentor junior technicians on tool maintenance and safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of tool maintenance, repair history, and inventory.
- Ensure a safe and organized working environment in the tool room.
- Assist in the planning and scheduling of tool room activities.
