Role Summary: The Tour Guide / Coordinator will be responsible for creating and leading engaging tours for guests, showcasing local attractions, culture, and history. This role also involves coordinating various guest experiences and ensuring seamless execution of planned activities, contributing to an exceptional stay for our patrons.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver informative and engaging guided tours of local attractions, historical sites, and cultural landmarks.
- Plan and coordinate daily itineraries and activities for guests, ensuring adherence to schedules and guest preferences.
- Provide guests with accurate and interesting information about local history, culture, cuisine, and points of interest.
- Liaise with local vendors, transport providers, and other service providers to ensure smooth execution of tours and activities.
- Handle guest inquiries and requests related to tours and local experiences promptly and professionally.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of guests during all tours and activities.
- Gather guest feedback and provide insights to management for continuous improvement of services.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local attractions, events, and travel regulations.
