Role Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Tour Guide / Coordinator with 3-4 years of experience and a B.Sc degree to join our team in Bhubaneshwar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing engaging tours and activities for our clients at various sports and leisure facilities. This role requires excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and a passion for sports and recreation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging and informative tours of our sports facilities, highlighting key features and historical significance.
- Coordinate logistics for group visits, including scheduling, transportation arrangements, and catering.
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring a positive visitor experience.
- Collaborate with the marketing and events team to promote tours and special events.
- Conduct site inspections and risk assessments to ensure the safety and security of all visitors.
- Prepare post-tour reports, including visitor feedback and operational insights.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of sports, local attractions, and company offerings.
- Assist in the planning and execution of recreational programs and events.
