Tour Guide / Coordinator - Full-Time Role (1-2 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Tour Guide / Coordinator with 1-2 years of experience and an MBA/PGDM degree to join our team in Mangalore. This role is crucial for managing and coordinating various aspects of our corporate outreach programs and client visits, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for all participants. You will be instrumental in showcasing our brand, products, and facilities to external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and lead guided tours of our facilities, ensuring all guests have a comprehensive understanding of our operations and brand values.

Develop engaging content and presentations for corporate visitors, tailored to their specific interests and backgrounds.

Manage the end-to-end logistics for client visits, including scheduling, transportation, accommodation, and catering arrangements.

Act as a primary point of contact for all visitor inquiries, providing timely and accurate information.

Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of tours and events.

Gather feedback from visitors and prepare post-visit reports, identifying areas for improvement.

Maintain a professional and welcoming demeanor at all times, representing the company's brand effectively.

Assist in the planning and execution of small-scale corporate events or workshops as needed.
