Tour Manager

Role Summary: The Tour Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing all aspects of domestic and international travel for company executives, teams, and events. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong logistical planning skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The Tour Manager will ensure seamless travel experiences, cost-effectiveness, and adherence to company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage detailed travel itineraries for executives, employees, and event participants, including flights, accommodation, ground transportation, and visa arrangements.
• Coordinate and book all travel logistics, ensuring optimal routes, cost-effectiveness, and adherence to budget.
• Liaise with travel agencies, airlines, hotels, and other service providers to secure bookings and resolve any issues.
• Manage event-related travel, including venue logistics, catering, and on-site support.
• Provide on-the-ground support during tours and events, acting as the primary point of contact for travelers.
• Handle unforeseen travel disruptions and emergencies, offering timely and effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate travel records, expense reports, and participant databases.
• Ensure compliance with company travel policies and safety regulations.
• Conduct post-tour debriefs and provide feedback for future planning.
