Tour Manager

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Tour Manager to oversee and coordinate travel arrangements for our legal professionals and clients. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth and efficient logistics for business trips, conferences, and client meetings across India and potentially internationally. The Tour Manager will be responsible for all aspects of travel planning, execution, and support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage detailed travel itineraries, including flights, accommodation, ground transportation, and visa arrangements.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (lawyers, partners, clients) to understand their travel needs and preferences.
- Source and book cost-effective travel and accommodation options, negotiating with vendors where appropriate.
- Manage travel budgets and ensure adherence to company policies and expense guidelines.
- Provide on-the-ground support during tours, addressing any travel-related issues or emergencies promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of travel expenses, bookings, and traveler information.
- Liaise with travel agencies, airlines, hotels, and other service providers to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Prepare pre-travel briefs and post-travel reports.
- Stay updated on travel regulations, visa requirements, and best practices relevant to business travel in India and abroad.
- Assist with event logistics and coordination as needed.
