Tour Manager

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Tour Manager to oversee and coordinate all aspects of our client engagement tours and internal team travel. This role is crucial in ensuring seamless execution of site visits, workshops, and client meetings, contributing to the overall success of our consulting projects and fostering strong client relationships. The Tour Manager will be responsible for logistics, scheduling, communication, and on-ground support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage all logistical aspects of client tours, including travel arrangements (flights, trains, local transport), accommodation, and venue bookings.
• Develop detailed itineraries and schedules for consultants and clients, ensuring all meetings, workshops, and site visits are coordinated efficiently.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients to confirm meeting details, participant lists, and any specific requirements.
• Provide on-ground support during tours, acting as a point of contact for any issues or emergencies.
• Manage travel budgets and process expense reports related to tours and travel.
• Ensure compliance with company travel policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of travel arrangements, expenses, and client feedback.
• Proactively identify and resolve potential logistical challenges to ensure smooth operations.
