Tour Manager (3-5 Yrs) | Mangalore

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Tour Manager to oversee and execute travel itineraries for our corporate clients in and around Mangalore. This role requires excellent organizational skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to manage on-ground operations efficiently. You will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and enjoyable travel experience for our clients, acting as their primary point of contact throughout their trip.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute all aspects of corporate tours and travel arrangements.
- Manage on-ground logistics, including transportation, accommodation, and local sightseeing.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and resolving any issues that may arise during the tour.
- Ensure adherence to the planned itinerary and budget, making adjustments as necessary.
- Coordinate with vendors, hotels, and transport providers to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Provide clear and timely communication to clients regarding their travel plans and any changes.
- Collect feedback from clients post-tour to identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of all tour-related expenses and activities.
- Uphold company standards for service quality and customer satisfaction.
