Tour Manager Careers in Mumbai (1-3 Yrs)

We are seeking a motivated and organized Tour Manager with 1-3 years of experience and an M.Sc degree to join our team in Mumbai. The Tour Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of product tours, exhibitions, and client visits, ensuring a seamless and impactful experience. This role requires excellent planning, communication, and problem-solving skills, coupled with a strong understanding of logistics and client relations within the luxury leather goods sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute domestic and international product tours, exhibitions, and pop-up events.
- Coordinate logistics including travel arrangements, accommodation, venue selection, and material shipping.
- Manage budgets and ensure all tour activities are within financial parameters.
- Liaise with internal teams (marketing, sales, production) to ensure product availability and presentation.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, partners, and vendors during tours.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during tours or events.
- Prepare post-tour reports, including feedback, sales data, and financial reconciliation.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and local regulations.
- Contribute to the strategic planning of future tours and events.
