Job Description

We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated Tour Manager to join our team in Mumbai. This role is ideal for an individual with a Doctorate/PhD and 1-3 years of experience, looking to contribute to the dynamic animation and VFX industry. The Tour Manager will be instrumental in coordinating and overseeing various aspects of client visits, talent engagements, and facility tours, ensuring a seamless and impressive experience. The candidate will leverage their advanced research and analytical skills to enhance our client interactions and internal project showcases.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, schedule, and execute comprehensive tours of our Mumbai facilities for potential clients, partners, and industry professionals.

Develop and deliver engaging presentations and narratives about our company's history, capabilities, and ongoing projects, tailored to diverse audiences.

Coordinate with various departments (e.g., Production, HR, IT) to ensure all aspects of the tour are well-prepared and executed smoothly.

Manage logistics, including transportation, accommodation, and catering, for visiting dignitaries and client groups.

Conduct in-depth research on client needs and industry trends to personalize tour content and discussions.

Act as a primary point of contact for visitors, addressing inquiries and providing exceptional hospitality.

Gather feedback from tours and provide insights to management for continuous improvement of our visitor experience and service offerings.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the animation and VFX industry, technological advancements, and competitive landscape.
